Yes, in and of itself that means nothing. You'd need to watch both versions in that spot to catch the camera jumps.
Whatever that "show" was they shot it using MANY cameras I was thinking at least 15 but that's probably a massive under estimate. Those cameras were assigned "a shot" and they filmed that shot the entire show. THEN that camera pool footage was given to all the "news" outlets and they edited together their version of the show. Therefore all the feeds are slightly different and appear as if all those outlets were physically there filming their own shit. They didn't. I've gone through WP footage starting at Beyonce and 0.5 speed watching the camera shots to see if it was true people missing, jumping, etc.
What I discovered was very rapid camera jumps. Physically impossible for a "manager" to stand there in a control room queuing individual cameras. Impossible. One guy tried to claim they were all there and they all played the exact same footage of the actual swearing in….all I did to shut him the fuck up was post two pics and tell him to find them in the feed HE was watching. Crickets.
I see how they did it…..it's insane. This shot swapped in a second. So don't put too much stock in the disappearing people, even though it's barely noticeable the camera angle shifts and people poof. Try it yourself. Get both versions in your post, go to the swearing in. Watch first one on .05….then watch the other version. you'll see. It took me six hours watching slomo to wrap my head around what they were doing.
