Aussie stocks bleed $55 billion as market plunges

Aussie stocks have lost more than $55 billion in just two hours' trade as local investors follow a disastrous night on Wall Street.
At 12.30pm, AEDT the benchmark ASX 200 was down 2.27 per cent to 6,6__27__ points.
It's currently the worst day of trade since early September 2020.
