First time trader here looking to get my

feet wet with all this GME party goin' on.

I just tried to buy but, market is closed, obvi.

Can you guys help with how to submit

this BUY?

Only have $200 to play with.

I'm assuming choosing MARKET might

not be the best way to submit the

BUY because if it's more than the price

I put in the number of shares for, it'll

cost me MORE THAN the $200, yeah?

I think I got that figured-out.

So, I'm guessing the best way has

to do with the LIMITs and the STOPs?

Anybody patient enough to walk me

through it?

And, would it be better/more fun/more

profitable(possibly) if I divvy-up the

2Benjies across 4 stocks?

I was thinking

Any suggestions on percentages?

Even $50 across or should more

be put where???

Okay.

That sounds simple and clear-cut.

Thank you.

Wondering what it means though

to not put a stop on the trade?

Let's see if I understand how this

trade would work.

If it opens at 5.75 or less it will

BUY the 33 shares?

Or, wait.

Okay. I'm confused again.

Sorry.

Really appreciate you taking the time

to help me out.

I guess I'm confused with the

use of the STOP.

In my brain, I'm thinking, okay.

I put in for 33 shares at 5.75.

Market opens and it buys the

33 shares when market hits

5.75 for a total of $189.75.

So, I now have 33 shares.

Then, it's just a "let it ride"

kind of thing, no?

Let's say the stock goes by way

of GME and moves to a conservative

17.17 per.

That means my $189.75 is now,

effectively $566.61, with a gain

of $376.86, right?

Where does the placing the STOP

come into play?

Thanks for the tips and encouragement, anons.

Then, these aren't the kind of stocks

to hang-onto?

Thanks, so much for painting the picture.

Yes, I think I kind of get it.

So, basically, it's best to be on active watch

the whole day, then?

Not a set-it and forget-it type of thing?

Ride it along the way and make adjustments

accordingly?

Any comment on the other stocks mentioned

in original post?
