Does anyone remember a Trump speech (earlier in Presidency) where he "digressed" into a kind of strange story about a military person/soldier, who knows, maybe a super soldier and talked for a few minutes about how fast he got there? I am seriously looking for it and although I stored those statements, I can't remember enough about the context to search for it.
