I doubt Soros or the others are using any of their own money. Seems like their wealth never declines. My guess is the American people and businesses have been funding everything evil here and abroad.
Several months ago, one of the talking head attorneys said if the IG report is delayed it will be because of criminal referrals.
Back in 2010, the FBI started refusing to provide the IG with documents deemed relevant to an internal investigation. Once they successfully carved out exceptions to giving IG requested information, the other fed agencies followed suit. Horowitz and the other IGs were furious and had to go to Congress to change the law which was signed in Dec 2016. If wrongdoing exists, Horowitz has a lot of motivation to find it.
