In order to conclude short selling is 'immoral' you have to accept the premise that it would be better if the stock price fell slower so as to attract more retail investors who would stand to lose money once the stock price falls in the longer run, instead of the lower value of the company being reflected in the stock price SOONER which minimizes the spread of retail investors buying at too high of a price.

No, it's called INFORMATIONAL PRICE TRANSPARENCY.

If a company's stock is overpriced relative to fundamentals, you can be damn sure I would 100% PREFER that information to IMMEDIATELY be reflected in the stock price. That way, investors with IMPERFECT information won't be buying the stock at the inflated price, but at the closer to fundamentals price. That HELPS retail investors because the prices they are paying for stocks in general INCLUDE MORE INFORMATION THAT THEY CANNOT COLLECT THEMSELVES.

Your ignorance makes YOU a slave, not me. You aren't 'getting back at slave owners' by being a fucking retard. You're helping them.
