There is a shift happening, both my wife and I have seen people are kinder, strangers in public. We've both noticed it in stores while shopping and a couple days ago again when her car broke down. She called me to let me know, said she was well off the side of the road, out of traffic. I told her to call Triple A towing to get them on the way and I would come and pick her up. During the 10 minuets I was with her where the car died about a dozen cars passed by, out of that dozen four people stopped and asked if we were OK or needed help, when I remarked to my wife that was refreshing to see she told me two others had also stopped before I got there. This is in upstate, smaller towns area of NY. Anyone else experiencing this?
