Let me give you a little history on myself. About 6 years ago I did an experiment. I stopped taking the yearly flu vaccine. Every year before that, right after I got my shot I'd get deathly ill with some "flu". They'd say oh you were probably coming down with it already as their lame excuse and cover story. Since stopping 6 years ago, I haven't gotten seasonally sick once.
