Absolutely… not to discount the role of individuals acting autonomously, but they might have seeded the unrest.
I'm thinking in particular about the possible involvement of Patrick Byrne, who has repeatedly popped up in seemingly independent episodes of this show. His first supposed involvement with the feds involved his efforts to expose the dangers of "naked short selling", the very thing that has got the bank fuckers in a vice. He wrote a multi-part retelling of all this on his website:

I'm not sure exactly what he is up to and at times I wonder if he feeds disinfo. In recounting of the Maria Butina episode, he says that he (falsely) told the feds that he forcibly raped her. So he admits to putting out disinfo at times.
