if robin hood sold your shit with no authorization they are fucked. might be a loophole with margin and bull shit call somewhere but they need a separate agreement for margin. even if your shares are held in margin, they cannot force a trade unless you are short at under 25% equity generally.
And you might not be able to buy, but forced sales are not allowed per their own agreement.
