Riddle me this. Why is it that even though pot is legal, a person still has to take a drug test before being employed? How is that legal?
They can take away our free speech but we aren't being arrested for it. At least not yet.

But pot shows up 30 days after a person has smoked it. Long after the effects of it have worn off.
They don't take a blood sample. Just a urine sample.
Hmmmm. Ok suppose a person just did a couple of hits. How long would that take to get out of a person's system?

So how is it legal for a company to do a hair test for pot to find out if someone smoked some pot 30 days before? How is that legal? Really, what's it to them what a person does on their own time if it doesn't affect their job? If there was a test available to test if a person had a drink of alcohol in the past 30 days, would that test be allowed to be used to determine a person's employment?
I never understood this anti-semetic phobia. I've never met anyone who is anti-semetic.
I've always felt that way. This drug testing stuff started in the 80s with Reagan's war on drugs nonsense.
