Personnel Files of clergy who where subject of the 2007 global settlement have been publicly released and are listed below.

The files concern those priests named in the litigation that settled in 2007. Pursuant to the settlement agreement between victims and the Archdiocese, retired Federal Judge Dickran Tevrizian ordered files released subject to the redaction of the names of victims, third parties and church hierarchy.

Judge Emilie Elias then adopted the Judge Tevrizian order, the names of the church hierarchy generally be disclosed in the files, restored names of church hierarchy in the documents being released.

124 files are being released with names, 82 files have information on allegations of childhood sexual abuse and 42 files have no information on allegations of childhood sexual abuse but, the "proffers" are being provided; summaries of personnel files, prepared for litigation that describe some of the documents in that file. There are certain priests against whom charges were never substantiated. In those instances, the Court ordered their identities protected.

Remember, these only reflect cases where 1) there was an allegation, which 2) was substantiated. There are statements included here by certain individuals involved intended to give the impression that the "problem is solved." Have all in that area been brought to justice somehow? Many more may be feared exist which are simply not revealed yet, and may now never be revealed, or which for obvious reasons simply cannot be knowable to anyone but the victim.

Sober reflection (and in some cases experience) may lead one to the conclusion that this is but the tip of one iceberg, among many more icebergs.

Sir John Robison is best known in the United States for his book, The Roots of Conspiracy, 1796-1797.This book, a hoax, has been reprinted by the John Birch Society, itself a modern echo of the treasonous “Essex Junto” of the early nineteenth century in ideology and ultimate sponsorship. Robison, a British SIS agent, formerly associated with SIS’s Russian service, was operating out of Edinburgh at the timeof the book’s writing and publication in the United States. The book had the following significance at that time. Lord Shelburne’s East India Company circles were collaborating closely with the Swiss and Jesuit circles behind the Jacobin movement in France; hence, the Swiss British agent, Albert Gallatin, later a member of Jefferson’s and Madison’s cabinet, was organizing Jacobin in¬ surrections in Pennsylvania, for example. In an effort to cover up the British role in steering theJacobin operations inside the United States, and to drive a wedge between the United States and its friends in France, Robison wrote the lying book, pur¬ porting to prove that it was implicitly the allies of Carnot and Lafayette who were responsible for the interventions. Even Washington was deceived.

Later,John Quincy Adams and oth¬ ers uncovered the fraud of Robison’s book, reporting to Pres¬ ident Jefferson (in then-U.S. Senator Adams’ case) that it was Robison’s friends who were the center of the treasonous enterprises.
