what would be the incentive to hide accurate amount of deaths?
Unless they needed time to hide/redirect money before the real numbers were exposed?

Scare Pence enough to get him to certify, and stop Trump from seeing another day as POTUS.
Pence certified an obviously rigged election, and 45 dissappeared shortly after.
