Basically confirming for us that the FISA process was bullshit under Obama, that it didn't matter whether they had a warrant or not they did the spying and worried about making it legal later in case any investigators came a knocking. Hopefully they fix FISA like really soon.
You'll notice the trails being left by planes now… if any… dissipate much faster lately. No more additives = less nucleation points for condensation to form.
