The masks themselves were never proven to be an effective at preventing the virus. There is no factual basis to support such a claim.
Meanwhile, I have serious reservations regarding the masks themselves. As they can make every last symptom associated with covid significantly worse.
Going so far as to put healthy people at increased risk simply by weakening their immune system. And doing so in far more than just one way.

Speaking of which, they are doing the exact same thing today that lead to the increased deaths during the Spanish Flu. Masks were forced upon healthy people back then. Many of those people did not die from the virus, but rather complications that arose from the pneumonia they developed. The masks were likely responsible for increasing the risk of pneumonia, along with increasing risk of severe complications thereof.
Back then, their immune systems would have been weakened from the stress associated with a World at War. Today, we still have threats of war, but the constant fear porn from fake news is equally devastating to our overall health and well-being. As is the general lack of information being presented from these various "expert" institutions, which have been likely defrauding the public for quite the long time. More are just starting to notice, while others are too scared to admit, going so far as to attack anyone who dare threatens their fragile ego
