Forgive an anon for musing but I’ve noticed majestic 12 being brought up abit lately.

Anywho my understanding was that when originally set up it answered directly and exclusively to POTUS.
I wonder if that’s still the case and wether it’s Trump or Biden they consider POTUS and report to know?
