If some shrill voice is yelling a stock is shit, you can be pretty sure they've already shorted it and need you to sell the price down. If they are yelling buy, they already bought it and need you to buy the price up for them.
When the short squeezes on any of these stocks push valuation into a bubble,, eventually the short markets collapse and the Feds/Regulators step in. When that bubble bursts you sit holding paper worth less than a sheet of bounty while the phrase "Too big to fail" starts showing up in the same article as BOA, JPM etc al.
Watch the price carfully and get out before Congress and the lawyers get in.
