I hear what you're saying but the downsides you list in last part would utterly destroy the country if successful. If we lose THAT, there is nothing to win, as there would wold not even be a team. Just obliterated. America, gone. Just scattered bodies here and there.
Therefore, I wouldn't cling to a plan. Fight for whats left in your neighborhood. Pray everyone else is brave enough to do the same to the point of making a difference all the way up.
