They know what is coming, they are preppearing the world for a UN intervention if it happens here.
Too early to say, they have put the VP in charge of the country, but not of the military is what I've gathered so far.
Have you checked for chinas response on this? I haven't seen anything yet. They are the force in that region and should say where they stand on this.
