Its true that this review paper is published in a high impact journal, but this is by no means a novel observation. For example, Dr. Steve Pieczenik published a similar review paper covering the role of mitochondria for a broader range of diseases back in 2007, 14 years ago! This is highly cited paper and great contribution to the body of science, but unfortunately, like so much scientific knowledge it is completely ignored if there is no patented product associated with it which can move a stock.
BTW, this older paper was authored by the same Dr. Steve Pieczenik, an MD, Ph.D. Psychiatrist that went on Alex Jones before the inauguration claiming that the military was in charge of DC and that we were watching a stage event.
The same problem preventing safe, cheap, and effective treatments for Alzheimer's today is the same problem unmasked by the Wuhan Virus PsyOP that we have witnessed over the past year - CRONY CAPITALISM controlled by Big Pharma. Look at how HCQ and Ivermectin, both FDA approved, cheap and effective treatments for COVID have been marginalized and attacked by the full force of the Medical Establishment. Even before Trump mentioned to word hydrochloroquine, Raymond James Investors published a whitepaper on March 10th, 2020 identifying chloroquine as the best therapeutic based on the existing science and by the observation that prescriptions for this drug had quadrupled by physicians using it to treat COVID. But, Raymond James then posed the question: "If a COVID therapeutic doesn't move a STOCK, does it even exist?"
