When we started learning about scorecard and hammer it answered a question I had since the beginning. How could white hats legally interfere to preserve a Trump win? They can't stop ballots from being counted; they can't hack into machines; etc.
No, what they can do legally is to selectively stop the hacks from getting into the machines in the first place. "They never thought she would lose." It also explains the bizarre behavior by both the media and the HRC campaign on election night 'cuz they had no idea where they could get any moar votes.
Afterwards, Trump would say that he thought he won the vote by about 7M, which would have made it 68M (Trump) to 61M (HRC). He said that because he knew the actual number.
So yeah, white hats have everything. It's just a question of when they'll release it. I don't know why anyone doubts this but at lease people are figuring it out.
