Correct anon it is a letter o not a number 0 but double meanings exist.

 

Also, have you ever heard somebody read out numbers and say "oh" to mean number zero? That would be a case in point.

I don't know why that website uses Google Analytics.

 

I don't know why that website was made 8 days before the January 20, 2021 inauguration.

 

It might be the OFFICIAL website after all, but I am not too sure about that.
