Looks like Wizzrd22 is back on station over Hagerstown again. It spent over three hours last night circling it. It is a Navy P3 Orion ASW and electronic surveillance aircraft. Last night it seemed to be circling a "landifll" the landfill was featured in a side by side with a DOD twitter header. Tonight's screenshot from ADS-B plus pic of landfill and side by side from last night. What is so interesting about Hagerstown and this landfill?
