I have three friends who are/were regular pot smokers

all have contracted cancer, two are now dead

the third is struggling because it spread and destroyed his liver

I assumed it was just from the unfiltered smoke

then I saw a post on here about about it, did some more reading

I'd encourage any smokers to grow their own
