The First Day Biden walked into the "Oval Office" the blue carpeting was there. It should have still had the carpeting from Trump's whitehouse. Things don't get changed for at least 30 days after the President is in office. Biden did not get to pick things out early. Did Trump ever invite the Bidens to the Whitehouse even after Congress confirmed him ?? There is your answer.
