Rereading these DIGGS makes one thing very CLEAR. Fort Belvoir has been involved in a lot of shit, both white hat and black going back to 911. And the "enduring mission" we see in DC right now has been planned for a long time and Congress knew about it (funding). It became public in July of 2019.
