I don't think so Anon. I have been watching a military plane fly in a circle in the Hagerstown area for the past few days. I did take a pic of it overhead today while at my daughters home. Yesterday, a plane fag posted the circular route of that military plane over Washington County Maryland.
The plane in Q's pic is a JetBlue. I suspect it is carrying a special person to either freedom or military tribunal.
