There's a Naval Test Pilot School on NAS Pax River. So, the pilots may be training, getting in required flight hours, or testing out something new. The P-3s are usually used for hunting subs, but the Navy has been tasked with using them over land targets in the ME.

Need to be careful. There was an informant post here awhile ago containing anon posts which talked about small autist groups who tried to break into WL's insurance files after JA's disappearance. Whenever they tried, some force kept knocking them off the internet and wouldn't allow them to communicate with each other. This happened multiple times as small groups formed, tried to work together, then were forced to break up.
If this is as big, probably the same will happen.
