Honest question: If fraud vitiates all, wouldn't an executive branch agency lose its validity as a legal entity if the leadership of said agency gained his/her position by fraud?
Shouldn't the FBI stand down or disband as they're illegitimate? Shouldn't we resist as our duty? Same with all the alphabets?
Is it legal or proper for an illegitimate agency to require permits or fees? Taxes?
