America Last: Joe Biden to Open Special COVID Vaccination Sites for Illegal Aliens

On Monday, Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that they will open special COVID vaccination sites for illegal immigrants.

The Daily Wire reported — DHS also asserted that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection “will not conduct enforcement operations at or near vaccine distribution sites or clinics. … ICE does not and will not carry out enforcement operations at or near health care facilities, such as hospitals, doctors’ offices, accredited health clinics, and emergent or urgent care facilities, except in the most extraordinary of circumstances.”

The US government is setting up special vaccination sites for illegals.

DHS issued a statement saying:

DHS and its Federal government partners fully support equal access to the COVID-19 vaccines and vaccine distribution sites for undocumented immigrants. It is a moral and public health imperative to ensure that all individuals residing in the United States have access to the vaccine. DHS encourages all individuals, regardless of immigration status, to receive the COVID-19 vaccine once eligible under local distribution guidelines.

DHS carries out its mission, including all areas within its COVID-19 response, without discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, or other protected class, and in compliance with law and policy. Further, DHS supports the equitable and efficient distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine to all populations, including historically underserved communities.

To reach underserved and rural communities, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in collaboration with federal partners, will coordinate efforts to establish and support fixed facilities, pop-up or temporary vaccination sites, and mobile vaccination clinics. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection will not conduct enforcement operations at or near vaccine distribution sites or clinics. Consistent with ICE’s long-standing sensitive locations policy, ICE does not and will not carry out enforcement operations at or near health care facilities, such as hospitals, doctors’ offices, accredited health clinics, and emergent or urgent care facilities, except in the most extraordinary of circumstances.

DHS is committed to ensuring that every individual who needs a vaccine can get one, regardless of their immigration status.

Alexey Navalny jailed for 2.5 years after Moscow Court says he violated terms of suspended sentence in 'Yves Rocher' fraud cases

Russian opposition figure Alexey Navalny will serve two-and-a-half years in prison after being found guilty of breaking the terms of a suspended sentence, handed down for an embezzlement case in 2014.

On Tuesday, Moscow City Court ruled that Navalny had failed to regularly report to the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN), and his excuse for non-appearance was deemed insufficient. Therefore, the judge decided that the suspended judgment should be converted into a real one.

The anti-corruption activist was originally sentenced in 2014 to three-and-a-half years, but has already served 12 months under house arrest.

In 2014, Navalny was found guilty of embezzling 30 million rubles ($400,000) from two companies, including the French cosmetics brand Yves Rocher, in a case he claims was politically motivated. The judgment was also condemned by the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), which called the conviction "arbitrary and manifestly unreasonable." He received a sentence suspended for five years, which was later extended by another year. It was due to expire on December 30 last year. However, a couple of days before it ended, Navalny was summoned by the FSIN. He didn't turn up, as he wasn't in the country, and was therefore declared a wanted person.

At the time, Navalny was in Germany, convalescing from an alleged poisoning in Siberia last August. However, a report published by Berlin doctors in December showed that he had recovered, and therefore, according to the FSIN, he technically should have been able to attend.

Prior to the beginning of the case, media reported a large police presence around the court building, with several arrests being made. Nearby streets were blocked off.

This is Odd: Joe Biden’s Signature on Latest Official Documents Is Raising Eyebrows

It’s common knowledge for anyone paying attention this past year that Joe Biden is suffering from mid-to-late stage dementia.

This explains why Democrats hid Joe in the basement all year while they schemed on ways to manufacture votes. It is also common knowledge that Jill Biden, his wife of over 40 years of marriage, is his constant companion and personal aide to help Joe out during times of confusion. This is typical with those spouses who are married to dementia patients.

But is Jill Biden more than her husband’s handler?

A Missouri pharmacist sent us this keen observation.

I am a pharmacist in Missouri. I read a few days ago that none of Biden’s Executive Orders have been posted to the Federal Register, so I looked, then, a few days ago. Those Executive Orders are showing up. However, I believe I have accidentally discovered his signature may be a forgery. I just sat on this discovery, thinking someone else more important would notice it. I guess no one has yet.

Part of my job as a pharmacist is to watch for forged doctor signatures and I am pretty sure Joe’s are forged. I suspect that he is embarrassed by his shaky signature and had his wife sign for his signature stamp used for official business. As you can see on the attachment the last three signatures are identical, indicative of a stamp, and that’s fine as long as it is his signature. Maybe that’s easier to submit to the Federal Register. Otherwise, I believe it is illegal to have someone else sign for a signature stamp that binds a legal document. I have seen the signature of doctors get shaky at the end of their careers, but never change in a single year as Joe’s purportedly has done.

If you have contact with a handwriting expert, perhaps you can have that person take a look. But look at the attachment I created, all from the public domain. Clearly, Joe has an established signature, but the last three signatures I have on the document are from separate Executive Orders that can be found online at the Federal Register. Clearly, in my opinion, they are not his signature. They look more like the signature of his wife, Jill, also on the attachment. Focus on the “B” in Biden. Perhaps an expert can offer a more definitive opinion.

Hunter Biden Hires Criminal Defense Lawyer - Whose Colleague Just Landed Top Spot In Biden DOJ

Approximately one month before Joe Biden was sworn in as the 46th President of the United States, Hunter Biden hired a new attorney to assist with his federal criminal defense.

On Inauguration day, one of that lawyer's colleagues was appointed as the acting head of the Biden Justice Department's criminal division, according to Axios - and first reported on Friday by Fox News' Tucker Carlson.

In December, the younger Biden hired former federal prosecutor Chris Clark, a partner at Latham & Watkins, to defend him against alleged tax and money laundering activities, as well as potential counterintelligence concerns. Clark worked at Latham with Nicholas McQuaid on multiple cases involving white-collar defense.

Of note, the Biden investigation is being run by the US Attorney in Delaware - not the main Justice Department, according to Axios' Lachlan Markay - who notes that it "shows the need for stict ethics enforcement right off the bat."

The two were jointly representing at least one Latham client when McQuaid was tapped for his new Justice Department job on Jan. 20.

Clark is based out of Latham’s New York office, according to the firm’s website. In December, Hunter Biden was reportedly exploring additional legal representation in Delaware.

Clark did not respond to inquiries. There’s also no indication McQuaid did any work on the Hunter Biden case.

McQuaid, a former federal prosecutor, was tapped in January to serve as principal deputy assistant attorney general in the criminal division. Additionally, he was installed as the acting assistant attorney general to replace a Trump appointee, making McQuaid one of a handful of acting AAGs appointed on Biden’s first day in office.

According to the report, federal ethics laws and DOJ regulations would typically bar McQuaid from working on the Biden investigation without a sign-off from Justice ethics officials.

"Potential conflicts between lawyers entering government and their former clients or firms are quite common," said Kedric Payne, senior director for ethics at the Campaign Legal Center - who apparently sees nothing untoward about McQuaid's appointment.

"This situation is one of the many initial tests of Biden's ethics pledge, which looks great on paper, but time will tell if it is effective in practice," he added. "Enforcement is essential."

The Dem who made a name for himself by campaigning on $1K monthly checks - called the "Freedom Dividend" - for all American citizens is also battling allegations that his presidential campaign was rife with "sexism" and a "bro culture."

In other New York-related news, NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo said he and other governors will be talking with the White House Tuesday about vaccine supply and distribution later on Tuesday as the government scrambles to catch up to its outrageous vaccination targets.

Meanwhile, in Scotland, first minister Nicola Sturgeon has announced a "provisional" date for schools to reopen, while extending the current lockdown until Feb.

Russia Angered At Spectacle Of 20 Western Diplomats Packing Navalny Court Hearing

A Moscow court is mulling whether to extend opposition activist and politician Alexei Navalny's current 30-day jail sentence after he returned from Berlin last month where he recovered from an alleged nerve agent poisoning which he's blamed on Russian intelligence on orders from Putin. He could reportedly be handed a stiff three-and-a-half year prison sentence related to a 2014 embezzlement case and subsequent probation violation, which he has said is "politically motivated".

Russia's foreign ministry is now angered at the spectacle during Tuesday's court proceedings which saw a large number of Western diplomats crowd the courtroom.

Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that while they are free to attend public trials, the fact that there were some 20 of them from countries including the United States, Bulgaria, Poland, Latvia, Austria, and Switzerland, shows there's an attempt to meddle in Russia's internal legal affairs.

FBI confirms 2 agents killed, 3 wounded in suspected child porn raid in Florida

Two agents were killed, three wounded during a raid in Sunrise, Florida, the FBI said in a statement to media. They were attempting to serve a warrant on a suspect for child pornography possession when he opened fire on them.

Sunrise Police warned residents of Nob Hill Road to remain in their homes on Tuesday morning, after a raid on a suspect’s home went disastrously wrong. Law enforcement sources told the Miami Herald that at least five FBI agents were shot as they attempted to serve a warrant on a suspect for possession of child pornography.

Officers from multiple police departments descended on the scene of the deadly shooting, and the area remains locked down. The suspect reportedly barricaded himself inside his home for several hours before shooting himself dead, a source told the Herald.

The incident took place at 6 a.m. local time. By 9 a.m. police told residents that the area is safe, but asked locals to remain in their homes due to "ongoing investigation".

5 children and 1 man killed in apparent mass shooting in Oklahoma, police say

Six people, including five small children, were killed in a shooting in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The suspected gunman was arrested after a brief chase, but police are still investigating the circumstances of the hideous crime.

Police responded to a call of a suspected shooting at a residence at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday. The responding officers said they found an armed suspect and opened fire, but missed and the suspect fled. The alleged assailant was eventually detained after a brief chase and is now in custody.

Police say they found one man and four small children dead inside the house. A fifth child died while being transported to the hospital in Tulsa by helicopter. A woman was also seriously injured and hospitalized at the same facility, according to reports.

Authorities are still investigating and say they plan to release more information as it becomes available.

Muskogee police told reporters the shooting was likely a domestic incident, noting that the suspect is related to the victims. However, he did not elaborate on the relationship.

Tesla Officially Recalls 134,951 Vehicles, Musk Says He's "Off Twitter" For A While

Tesla has officially finally agreed to recall 134,951 Model S and Model X vehicles due to touchscreen display failures. The displays can fail, resulting in a number of potential problems for Tesla owners, according to Reuters.

The move begrudgingly comes after U.S. auto safety regulators sought the recall a month ago, as we noted on Zero Hedge last month.

Analyst Gordon Johnson of GLJ Research said on Tuesday morning that the total charge for Tesla could be around $213 million in Q1 2021. He also thinks there is a major story in the many customers who had to pay $1,500 out of pocket to have their screens repaired prior to the recall.

Johnson wrote in a note Tuesday:

However, given TSLA denied this for years, customers who had problems, historically, with their MCUs in the Model S/X cars had to pay around $1.5K out of pocket to have them fixed. In our view, this is the real story here. Also, the question is will there be recalls in the EU and China, as well as other countries, and will the numerous other issues with TSLA’s cars require additional recalls – i.e., suspension issue, unintended acceleration, battery issues, etc.?

He also focuses on whether there will be additional coming recalls, specifically in China, as we have written about in the past.

In January, the NHTSA asked the automaker to recall about 158,000 Model S and Model X units that could potentially suffer from failing display consoles. When a display console in a Tesla fails, drivers can experience "loss of audible and visual touchscreen features, such as infotainment, navigation, and web browsing and loss of rear camera image display when in reverse gear."

The issues were categorized as safety issues. The culprit, as characterized by The Verge, is "worn-out flash memory chips used in the displays of 2012-2018 Model S sedans and 2016-2018 Model X SUVs."

The report noted that "each time an owner turns on one of these Teslas, it eats away at the total capacity of the the 8GB eMMC NAND flash memory chip onboard the NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor that powers the displays. When that capacity is reached — usually about five to six years later, the agency says — the displays become bricked."

Trump Lawyer: Impeachment Is "Political Weaponization" Of A Constitutional Process

David Schoen, one of former President Donald Trump’s newly appointed impeachment defense attorneys, said he believes that Democrats are using the impeachment process as a “weapon” to go after Trump in an attempt to bar him from running for office again.

“This is the political weaponization of the impeachment process,” Schoen told Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Monday.

“I think it’s also the most ill-advised legislative action that I’ve seen in my lifetime. It is tearing the country apart at a time when we don’t need anything like that.”

Democrat lawmakers have been calling for Trump’s impeachment since the beginning of his term, Schoen said, and the upcoming trial is their latest attempt to target him, as well as to carry out their agenda of preventing him from ever running for president again.

“That’s about as undemocratic as you can get,” Schoen said.

“Can you imagine the slap in the face that is to the 75 million or more voters?”

“Fair-minded people don’t support using the impeachment process to then try to bar someone from running for office again,” he added.

The Democrat-controlled House on Jan. 13 voted 232–197 to impeach Trump on a single article of impeachment, alleging that the president incited an “insurrection” that caused the U.S. Capitol breach on Jan. 6.

Famed private investigator, Jack Palladino, dies days after violent robbery

Private investigator to the stars Jack Palladino has died four days after suffering a traumatic brain injury while getting robbed outside his San Francisco home, his lawyer said.

Palladino was 76.

The flamboyant P.I. — whose clients included Bill Clinton, Harvey Weinstein and a teen Michael Jackson accuser — banged his head Thursday as two men stole a camera he was using to take photos of them, police and his family said.

Palladino died Monday, a day after he was taken off life support, his lawyer confirmed to the Associated Press (AP).

Local District Attorney Chesa Boudin told the San Francisco Chronicle that two men already charged with the robbery — Lawrence Thomas, 24, and Tyjone Flournoy, 23 — will now likely face murder charges.

Fittingly for such a storied career, their arrests appear to have been Palladino’s final case — with the photos he took of them just before the fatal attack using to ID them, police told his wife, fellow detective Sandra Sutherland.

“He would have loved knowing that,” his wife told the AP.

She recalled telling him as he lay unconscious in the hospital, “Guess what, Jack, they got the bastards, and it was all your doing.”

In a career spanning five decades, Palladino racked up a star-studded roster of clients that included political heavyweights and Hollywood celebrities.

He was hired by Bill Clinton’s 1992 presidential campaign to put a lid on women who were coming forward to claim they had had sex with the future president, and later helped keep track of women accusing rapist Harvey Weinstein of abuses.

He also helped the family of a 14-year-old boy who won a multimillion-dollar settlement from Michael Jackson after accusing him of molestation. The late singer was never charged with a crime in that case.

He even played himself in the 1999 Russell Crowe movie “The Insider” as it showed him helping whistleblower Jeffrey Wigand fight Big Tobacco.

Former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown told KTVU that “if you were to cast someone to be a private investigator in a movie, Jack Palladino was the prototype.”

12yo Girl Finds Hidden Camera Recording Her in Shower—It Belonged to a Cop

Ogden, UT — Imagine for a moment that you are a 12-year-old girl about to get in the shower only to look up and find a camera spying on you in the bathroom. Your first thought would likely be fear, followed by anger, followed by the desire to hold the person accountable by going to the police. For one young girl in Utah, that is exactly what happened. However, it was not as easy to go to the police afterward as the person who allegedly put the camera in her bathroom — was a cop.

A top cop with the Weber County Sheriff’s Office was arrested last Wednesday and charged with utterly disturbing crimes for spying on the little girl. Marc Swain, 47, is a crime scene investigator with the sheriff’s office who has found himself on the other side of the law after his arrest last week on multiple counts of voyeurism and sexual exploitation of a minor.

Swain is accused of hiding a recording device in a bathroom used by a 12-year-old girl. The girl told her parents about the camera after she noticed a camera lens in various places moving around the bathroom every time she showered.

Before he was arrested, when Swain was questioned by someone who knows the girl, he reportedly told them that he accidentally left a “flash drive” in the bathroom that including a camera. Apparently, he “accidentally” left it in the bathroom — repeatedly and in different locations.

Because the alleged crimes took place in the county in which Swain is a cop, the Layton City Police Department was called in to conduct the investigation to prevent the conflict of interest.

Once the investigation was launched, Swain quickly caved to the pressure and admitted what he had been doing.

According to FOX 13:

The complainant told police Swain had previously entered the bathroom and left before telling the girl to take a shower. She added that Swain had a pornography problem.

The girl says she noticed the flash drive with the camera in the bathroom on three occasions, each time in a position to see her in a period of undress.

A search warrant was served at the Ogden home of Swain and various electronic devices were seized. Swain was arrested Wednesday and admitted to making a bad decision by placing the recording device in the bathroom.

After Swain admitted to recording the 12-year-old girl — for over nine months — and recording images and video of her, he said he “quickly deleted them” because he knew he was wrong.

Sleepy Joe Is Turning U.S. Foreign Policy Into A Nightmare

Joe Biden continues to blunder America into various possible conflicts around the globe, with his administration taking a belligerent and incoherent stance on foreign policy that is already undoing the hard-won peacemaking of President Donald Trump’s tenure. Biden is coming off as a neoliberal gangster puppet propping up a crooked syndicate of Wall Street donors and military-industrial complex radicals. Other countries are taking advantage of his weakness.

America is now facing heightened tensions with Russia, Iran, China, Myanmar, and Syria, the resurgence of the jihadist Islamic State (aka ISIS) and vulnerability with our electric grid due to a bizarre provision in a Biden executive order presumably focused on “climate change.”

Stopping Myanmar’s military coup is now a Biden priority for some reason, with the befuddled Democrat White House telling that country’s military to un-do its coup or face some kind of “action.” Biden put his name on a statement that reads in part, “The United States removed sanctions on Burma over the past decade based on progress toward democracy. The reversal of that progress will necessitate an immediate review of our sanction laws and authorities, followed by appropriate action.” As if that was not enough, White House press secretary Jen Psaki clarified that Biden’s threat was also aimed at other countries in the region. Ah, thanks for clarifying!

Biden was recently caught on a hot mic saying “I don’t know what I’m signing” before he signed an executive order. This is not exactly reassuring, considering the implications of some of Biden’s executive orders, like the kind he is rolling out to weaken U.S. border security at just the moment when numerous other countries are very angry with us. Look no further than the threat his governance poses to our electric grid during a period in which Russia and China are scrambling to up their game in so-called electromagnetic pulse warfare. Yes, that’s right. Our electric grid.

Quin Hillyer writes for the Washington Examiner: “Biden, who long has been accused by critics of being soft on China, issued a lengthy executive order in which, buried amid matters purportedly designed to combat climate change, was an anomalous and potentially dangerous provision. The provision in question addresses nothing reasonably connected to climate change. Instead, it suspends for 90 days a key security measure put in place last May 1 by former President Donald Trump. Biden’s suspension of Trump’s measure makes not the slightest sense. Trump’s Executive Order 13920 declared a national emergency with respect to the nation’s electric grid and prohibited the acquisition or installation of “any bulk-power electric equipment … designed, developed, manufactured, or supplied, by persons owned by, controlled by, or subject to the jurisdiction or direction of a foreign adversary.” In sum, Trump forbade the use of grid equipment that is made in China, Russia, or other hostile nations.” (Examiner passage ends)

Central banks do not have the physical gold they pretend to have, fund manager tells Keiser Report

The BIS (Bank for International Settlements) and the bullion banks are constantly manipulating and intervening in the market, Greyerz says.

“They have total immunity against any prosecution. They interfere in the gold market and, in my view, that’s because central banks don’t have the gold that they say they have,” he explains. “They have to constantly trade to pretend that there is still gold around.”

Last week, Biden made a nearly identical claim, during the signing of executive orders on racial equality: “We have never fully lived up to the founding principles of this nation, to state the obvious, that all people are created equal and have a right to be treated equally throughout their lives,” he said.

Biden had made the claim before, notably during the 2020 presidential campaign, when he used it as a line in his stump speech. His point appeared to be that the United States had embraced principles of equality in the Declaration of Independence, but that American society remained unequal, even after the achievements of the civil rights movement.

That refrain led to one of Biden’s most infamous flubs: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, all men and women are created by, go, you know, you know the thing!”

More ominously, Biden told an interviewer in October: “America was an idea.” He later tweeted:

GameStop Shares Swing Wildly

Shares of GameStop plunged more than 60 percent on Tuesday morning, the second day of breath-taking losses, then turned around to erase around half of the loss before tumbling again.

The fall was so swift that trading was briefly halted just five minutes after the market opened. Then they were halted again when shares rocketed straight up shortly after 11 a.m.

Shares of stocks that have been rising dramatically in the last few weeks alongside GameStop also fell at the open. Koss shares were down by 46 percent and then reversed to reclaim half the lost territory. Trading was halted at 9:36 as shares fell and then again at 11:30 as they soared. AMC shares dropped by almost 50 percent but by 11:30 a.m. they were down by only 33 percent.

The prices of these stocks, many of which have been supported by users of the Reddit board WallStreetBets, have tended to fall when the broader market rises and rise when the broader market falls. The Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped more than 500 points, around 1.7 percent, in the first hour of trading Tuesday morning.

One of the most prominent bulls in the so-called “meme stocks”—Bar Stool Sports founder Dave Partnoy—announced he had sold his shares in the companies Tuesday morning.

The reference is presumably to Vlad Tenev, the chief executive of Robinhood. The company restricted trading in GameStop and other meme stocks last week, triggering outrage from customers who accused the app-based brokerage of sabotaging their positions. Tenev said higher collateral requirements from market makers and the clearinghouse required them to slow trading.

Even after Monday and Tuesday’s huge declines, shares are still well above where they traded at the start of the year.

Kamala Harris Pressures Joe Manchin, Kyrsten Sinema Through Media Tour In Their Home States Promoting Biden’s Radical Agenda

Local appearances on media outlets meant to pressure Manchin and Sinema to get onboard with the radical Biden agenda

Harris has been applying pressure on Sens. Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema by granting local news outlets in West Virginia and Arizona interviews that push Mr. Biden’s agenda items, specifically his administrations America Rescue Plan and moving the bogged-down stimulus legislation.

In Harris’ interviews she explained the “urgency” of passing the Bien administration’s $1.9 trillion stimulus plan. The proposed plan would return an additional $1,400 in taxpayer funded stimulus checks to the American people, expand unemployment insurance, and increase the child tax credit.

Manchin, in particular, has indicated that he believes any taxpayer dollars spent on a stimulus initiative should only go to those truly in need, directly contradicting Mr. Biden’s spendthrift wishes. Manchin’s position aligns him with Republicans in Congress who have proposed limiting the checks to those making less than $75,000.

Harris’ attack on Manchin went further to include an end-around appeal to the coal miners of West Virginia.

Without coming out and directly saying that West Virginian coal industry workers would have to take a hit in Mr. Biden’s agenda, Harris said the administration wanted to work to help them “transfer their job skills.”

“All of those skilled workers who are in the coal industry and transferring those skills to what we need to do in terms of dealing with reclaiming abandoned land mines,” Harris told a local West Virginia news outlet.

“What we need to do around plugging leaks from oil and gas wells; and, transferring those important skills to the work that has yet to be done that needs to get done.”

In remarks about Harris’ directly circumventing Manchin and Sinema in their home states, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said, “We want to make the case to the American people across the country…This is a way to do just that,” Psaki said.

Manchin, for his part, said he was frustrated by Harris going behind his back to give an interview in his home state, saying he wasn’t even given the courtesy of being notified by the Biden administration beforehand.

“I saw [the interview], I couldn’t believe it. No one called me [about it],” Manchin told reporters. “We’re going to try to find a bipartisan pathway forward, but we need to work together. That’s not a way of working together.”

Psaki added that Harris would be doing more regionally and locally targeted interviews in other states as the need to move agenda legislation arose.

UK Govt Scientific Advisor Predicts Annual Coronavirus Vaccines

A senior figure from the UK government’s immunisation committee predicts that Britons will have to have annual coronavirus vaccines as the Chinese coronavirus mutates into different strains.

“I think we’re going to have to live with the idea of new variants,” said Professor Anthony Harnden, deputy chairman of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JVCI), on Monday. Professor Harnden made the remarks after a dozen cases of the South African variant of COVID-19 were found in southern England in people who had no links to recent travellers.

“This virus does mutate and will carry on mutating in different parts of the world and within the UK. What we need to be ahead of is in terms of how we tackle this. It’s nimble, but we need to be nimble in return. You can be confident that these vaccines are very easy to edit and tweak, and at the moment the scientists are working furiously behind the scenes to make sure that we have an edited vaccine that available for the strains that are circulating at the time,” the JVCI deputy chairman told Channel 4 News.

He continued: “I do think that we are going to be in a position where we have to have an annual coronavirus vaccine, and that annual vaccine will be tailored to the variant strains in the UK at that particular moment. It’s something we just have to get used to. It’s not spooky, it’s not scary, it’s to be expected. But we do need to be vigilant and ahead of the game.”

The scientist made the remarks the same day the government revealed that it was so confident in its vaccine strategy, that it was already making orders for 2022 stockpiles from Valneva, bringing total orders with the French drugs company for this year and next to 100 million doses. Valneva, which has a plant in Scotland, said that the UK could order a further 90 million doses between 2023 and 2025.

Last month, Health Secretary Matt Hancock said that it was “highly likely” that the NHS would need to administer annual coronavirus vaccines along with the flu shot. Earlier that month, England’s Chief Medical Officer Professor Chris Whitty said that the UK “might have to bring a few [restrictions] in next Winter, for example. That is possible because Winter will benefit the virus.”

Polish Government to Breitbart: Big Tech’s ‘Cancel Culture’ Is Bolshevik, Not Democratic

“Cancel culture aims to make people afraid to express their opinions” and Big Tech is working with the far left to promote this environment which has more in common with the methods of Soviet Russia than modern democracies, a Polish government minister has told Breitbart London.

Sebastian Kaleta is Poland’s deputy minister for justice and the man tasked with shepherding a new law meant to give protections to Polish citizens from censorious and over-powerful Silicon Valley big-tech firms. He told Breitbart London that Poland has real concerns about cancel culture and is legislating against it.

Kaleta said that while the worst excesses of political correctness has yet to be felt in socially conservative Poland, his government was watching developments elsewhere — including where political correctness had developed into a full hard-left culture — with concern.

Kaleta made clear that Poland’s 50 years of living under Soviet communist occupation and then rule had left the nation cautious about modern developments in censorship — something he said other nations which had never suffered under communism appeared to be blind to. He said: “The pressure from the far left has developed from soft political correctness into a much harsher phase, that of cancel culture… [it is] very worrying, and is more reminiscent of bolshevik standards than democratic ones.”

Observing the dangerous path that many Western countries are now walking, Kaleta offered a lesson from Poland’s recent past when “reeducation camps” were the norm for deviants and those who criticised the prevailing orthodoxy. He continued: “Cancel culture aims to make people afraid to express their opinions.

“The signals from the left are clear — if you do not agree with us and you criticise us, the ‘system’ we have created will not only get you fired, but it will also limit your access to certain services and products.”

Armed Human Smuggler, 20 Migrants Arrested in West Texas near Border

Big Bend Sector Border Patrol agents arrested an armed human smuggler and a group of migrants at an interior immigration checkpoint near Alpine, Texas. The smuggler locked a group of migrants in the cargo area of a utility trailer.

Agents assigned to an interior immigration checkpoint near Alpine observed a pickup truck pulling a utility trailer approaching for inspection. During the initial contact, agents identified some of the passengers as migrants who were illegally present in the United States, according to information obtained from Big Bend Sector Border Patrol officials.

The agents referred the driver to a secondary inspection area and conducted a physical search of the trailer. When they unlocked the trailer, the agents found 20 more migrants. The smuggler reportedly locked the migrants inside with no food or water and little air ventilation.

A photograph of the scene shows none of the migrants wore any kind of PPE to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

While searching the vehicle, the agents found a pistol, a revolver, and two knives.

The agents arrested the human smuggler and the migrants. Officials report the smuggler will face federal prosecution from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

“Beginning on January 24, there has been a notable increase in illegal immigrants found in sealed cargo trailers, moving trailers, and even livestock trailers,” Big Bend Sector officials said in a written statement. “These trailers were not equipped with proper ventilation, food, water, or protection from the elements.”

Agents arrested more than 80 migrants in separate events on January 24, 29, and 30, officials stated.

“Smugglers were apprehended with active warrants, weapons in the vehicles, and previous criminal histories,” the statement continued. “Prosecution is on-going for multiple individuals under the appropriate statutes along with [the] seizure of their vehicles, weapons, and trailers.”

The agents identified the migrants as having come to the U.S. from El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, and Mexico. All will be expelled to Mexico under Title 42 Coronavirus protection protocols put in place by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Texas Governor Vows State Action to Fill Gaps Left by Biden’s ‘Open Border Policies’

During his State of the State Address on Monday night, Texas Governor Greg Abbott pledged to “fortify” the state’s border security efforts. The statement follows actions by the new administration of President Joe Biden to end the construction of border wall systems and related policies.

“Because of the federal government’s open border policies,” Governor Abbott said while speaking from Visionary Fiber Technologies in Lockhart, Texas, “Texas must fortify its efforts to secure our border.”

Abbott’s comments follow actions taken by President Biden on this first day in office where he called a halt to the construction of border wall systems funded by congressional authorizations during the Trump administration, as reported by Breitbart Texas. Biden also ended the Migrant Protection Program which effectively ended the Obama-Biden era catch-and-release policies regarding migrants illegally entering the U.S.

“We already have planes in the air, boots on the ground, boats on the water, and cruisers on the roads,” the Texas governor said, referring to the state’s efforts. “We must expand our efforts to crack down on human trafficking and drug smuggling in Texas.”

Texas legislators called for spending nearly $800 million on border security efforts over the next two years, the Austin American-Statesman reported. The proposed $797 million budget is a reduction of $3.5 million from the previous biennium.

Over the past three legislative sessions, Texas hired approximately 1,000 more Department of Public Safety troopers to help support efforts along the state’s southern border with Mexico. The state also built technology and training centers. National Guardsmen and airmen also participated in the Texas border security efforts.

An April 2017 report published by the National Economics Editorial placed the cost of illegal immigration to Texas taxpayers at $12.36 billion per year, or 9.6 percent of the state’s budget.

White House asks reporters to submit questions ahead of daily press briefings: 'Not really a free press'

According to the Daily Beast, Biden's communications department has requested that reporters submit their questions to the White House staff in advance of press secretary Jen Psaki's daily briefings, presumably to avoid being scrutinized by reporters with difficult questions.

The issue was reportedly discussed during a White House Correspondents Association meeting last Friday.

Reporters are allegedly upset over the White House's request, fearing it plays into the perception of coordination between the West Wing and media.

"That's not really a free press at all," one White House reporter said, according to the Daily Beast.

"While it's a relief to see briefings return, particularly with a commitment to factual information, the press can't really do its job in the briefing room if the White House is picking and choosing the questions they want," the reporter added.

Indeed, WHCA leaders instructed to reporters to either "push back" against the requests or not comply altogether.

In contrast to the Trump administration, which jettisoned daily White House press briefings almost completely, Biden and his communications team promised to restore the daily briefings and have thus far delivered on that promise.

Biden's administration claimed that asking reporters for their questions ahead of time is not an attempt to dodge questions, but rather to understand the pulse of reporting on any given day.

"Our goal is to make the daily briefing as useful and informative as possible for both reporters and the public," a spokesperson told the Daily Beast. "Part of meeting that objective means regularly engaging with the reporters who will be in the briefing room to understand how the White House can be most helpful in getting them the information they need. That two-way conversation is an important part of keeping the American people updated about how government is serving them."

Meanwhile, Eric Schultz, who served as a deputy press secretary in the Obama administration, claimed the Biden communication team's request is fairly normal, allowing staff adequate time to prepare for the daily briefing.

"This is textbook communications work. The briefing becomes meaningless if the press secretary has to repeatedly punt questions, instead of coming equipped to discuss what journalists are reporting on," Schultz told the Daily Beast. "In a non-COVID environment, this would happen in casual conversations throughout the day in lower and upper press. One of the few upsides to reporters hovering over your desk all day, is that you get a very quick sense of what they're working on."

Biden will streamline the naturalization of NINE MILLION migrants in series of executive orders today as he reverses Trump's policies

President Joe Biden will take an axe to Donald Trump's immigration policies when he signs executive order Tuesday rescinding a series of his predecessor's landmark moves.

Among the most high-profile moves will be starting the process to end a 'public charge' rule put in place which let immigration authorities deny green cards to immigrants who were 'public charges' because they were on benefits such as foodstamps, Medicaid or Section 8 housing.

The orders will also call for his administration to streamline the naturalization of nine million migrants, senior officials said, signaling a return to a more inclusive policy.

Biden is also set to order a review of all legal obstacles to immigration and integration that were put in place under Trump - a wide-ranging order whose effects will only become clear in the next few months.

'The review will likely lead to dramatic changes in policies,' according to a senior government official, saying the goal is 'to restore faith in our legal immigration system, and promote integration of Americans.'

The orders follow Biden suspending construction of Trump's border wall.

'President Trump was so focused on the wall that he did nothing to address the root cause of why people are coming to our southern border,' the official said.

'It was a limited, wasteful and naive strategy, and it failed.'

In line with campaign promises, one of the orders will put in place a working group tasked with reuniting migrant families separated by Trump's 'zero tolerance' policy put in place in 2018.

That policy allowed officials to prosecute and deport adults who had entered the US illegally. Their children, some just days old, were then placed into federal custody.

A federal lawsuit in the Southern District of California has identified more than 600 children who were separated from their parents between 2017 and 2018 who still have not been reunited with their family.

Faced with international outcry, and even criticism from within his own party, the Trump administration was forced to scale down the policy, but hundreds of migrant children have still not been returned to their parents.

Canadian public health officials have no record of SARS-COV-2 isolation/purification performed anywhere, ever

Further down this page you will see a screenshot of a Freedom of Information (FOI) request that was submitted to the Public Health Agency of Canada and many other Canadian institutions requesting evidence that is absolutely essential (but not on its own sufficient) for establishing the existence of the alleged “COVID-19 virus” aka “SARS-COV-2”.

The request is for records describing the isolation (aka purification) of the alleged “COVID-19” virus, from a patient sample that was not first adulterated with additional genetic material (typically monkey kidney cells and fetal bovine serum). The same request has been submitted to 16 Canadian institutions in total.

Without this isolation step having been performed (followed by controlled experiments and other necessary steps), there is no way to claim scientifically that the alleged “novel coronavirus” blamed for widespread death/disease/lockdown measures actually exists.

Without this step having been performed, and followed by the necessary controlled experiments, and independently replicated, all claims of this alleged virus are nothing but wild, unscientific, fraud-based speculation backed only by fraudulent science, fraudulent tests and fraudulent diagnoses.

Before we go further, it is important to note that these requests for records describing “SARS-COV-2” isolation were not limited to records of isolation performed by the respective institution, or limited to records authored by the respective institution, rather they were open to any records held by the institution (including scientific studies downloaded from the Internet) describing isolation of “SARS-COV-2” by anyone, anywhere on the planet, ever.

Institutions are not required to provide records that are publicly available, however citations were requested for any such records that are available to the public elsewhere.

As I write this on January 4, 2021, 14 Canadian institutions have provided their responses and 2 are long overdue. None have provided, or cited, any such records, from anywhere in the world, ever.

Israel Cracks the Whip

Netanyahu tells Biden how to deal with Iran

Anyone who persists in believing that the United States is not Israel’s poodle should pay attention to the comedy that is playing out right now. Joe Biden was president for less than a week when the Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu government announced that he would soon be receiving a possibly unwelcome visitor in the form of the Israeli foreign intelligence service Mossad’s chief Yossi Cohen, who will be flying to Washington in February to explain the correct policy when dealing with Iran. And lest there be any confusion on the issue, the Israel Defense Force chief of staff Lieutenant General Aviv Kochavi also announced that any Biden attempt to mend fences with the Islamic Republic will have to meet certain conditions or Israel will exercise other options. He said “In light of this fundamental analysis, I have instructed the Israel Defense Forces to prepare a number of operational plans, in addition to those already in place. It will be up to the political leadership, of course, to decide on implementation but these plans need to be on the table.” Another government minister clarified that the options would include “an attack” on Iran, though there has been no indication whether or not Israel would possibly contemplate deploying its tactical nuclear weapons to prevent retaliation by Iranian forces.

There is no limit to Israeli hubris. A leading Rabbi in Israel is predicting that as the United States is in decline it is up to the Jewish state to take over the role of “guiding civilization forward.” And that kind of thinking shapes how Israel treats the United States with condescension, acting as if it is the knowledgeable elder statesman whose guidance must be respected. In this case the Zionist solution to the Iran problem will by design be unpalatable for the government in Tehran if it intends to remain sovereign. For Israel the correct policy for dealing with Iran is to effectively disarm it and make it impossible to establish any sphere of influence in the countries adjacent to it, to include Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon. That would be to concede Israeli dominance over the entire region and if the Iranians do not play ball the next step would be to convince the United States to attack it on some pretext, possibly to include an Israeli “false flag” to start the process going.

The Times of Israel sums up the Israeli official position as “…Iran must halt the enriching of uranium; stop producing advanced centrifuges; cease supporting terror groups, foremost Lebanon’s Hezbollah; end its military presence in Iraq, Syria and Yemen; stop terror activity against Israeli targets overseas; and grant full access to the IAEA on all aspects of its nuclear program.” Completing the disarming of Iran would also include requiring Tehran to abandon its ballistic missile program.

The irony is, of course, that it is Israel that has a secret nuclear arsenal that it created by stealing uranium and triggers from the United States and it is also the leading regional supporter of terrorist groups, to include al-Qaeda and ISIS. Iran’s presence in Syria is due to its lending assistance to the Damascus government’s resistance to the insurgencies supported by Israel and the United States. And Iran has not targeted Israeli citizens and groups overseas, but Israel and the U.S. have assassinated Iranian officials while also bombing both government and civilian targets in Syria, Iraq and Lebanon. And all of the kinetics occur in a context where Israel continues its illegal occupation of Palestine and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people replete with both war crimes and crimes against humanity. Iran is also a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, which Israel is not, so who is the rogue state?
