Yeah I was at traffic court last week for a speeding ticket.
They made everybody wait outside in the freezing snow, rather than inside in the warm heated lobby.
Many weren't dressed properly for the occasion, and I'm talking about 65+ year olds.
And the goal is to PREVENT them from getting sick????
