Joe Biden excepted foreign donations in July of 2020

BIDEN's campaign said it didn't accept contributions from lobbyists or foreign agents. But a new FARA filing shows it accepted $250 in July from @osmanmsiddique,a former US Ambassador who at the time (2020) was a registered foreign agent for Kazakhstan.
