I took a picture of it when I was at my daughters home in the county area of Hagerstown Maryland today. Unfortunately I used my phone and I can't upload it here. The plane was circling counter clockwise from the east. It was so high in the sky, it looked like a spec in the pic. I had to crop the picture 4 times to see a clear unblurred image.
