Would it viable to start a crowd funding operation to achieve enough capital to purchase a 30 second ad during high rating telecasts(super bowl?)

I'm thinking a gofund me with donators being allowed to influence what the add will actually be by voting on open source submissions.

do you think this is feasible? could we get enough small donations to buy a million dollar add spot during the NBA finals? do you think we could get enough agreement from the masses on what the ads message should be?
