I was quoted over $600 CDN for a ten ounce silver bar (future delivery) from my local CIBC bank today (they dabble in bullion). Should be under $400 at current spot.
Just reporting what they are asking (I wasn't buying , just checking if they had availability).
There is a supply crunch right now. If you can get silver at any reasonable price it is a buy.
Price action (fake paper spot price) keeps silver off the market because pawn shops/we buy bullion shops all purchase at that price. If they were based on the actual going rate more stackers would probably part with a bit to take some profits.
