One part of me has always aspired to be a historian, given that I was so gravitated to learning true history as a child, and now, whether I like it or not, I must witness the continuation of the history that will be presented before us. I feel compelled to accurately record what happened here, regardless of whatever happens. I'm still young enough to live out the middle of my life cataloging this epoch of time, and perhaps finish the story by my elderly years.

If things do turn around in our favor, it'll make me pretty glad, as I'll definitely try to be the first ones that will want to write the new textbooks. They can't make me forget.
