The DOD made several requests for confirmation of non-liability for any damages or deaths due to Moderna and Pfizer‘s “vaccines“. But there’s a major flaw, they screwed up.

The law that supposedly protects from liability ONLY applies to “vaccines”. But by their own admission, both Moderna and Pfizer specifically quantify their “vaccines” as “gene therapy“. THERE IS NO VIRUS MATERIAL IN THEIR GENE THERAPIES, WHICH EXEMPTS THEM AS “VACCINES”.

THERE IS NO LAW EXEMPTING GENE THERAPY FROM LIABILITY.
