China has called on the United States to invite WHO experts to investigate the origins of the novel coronavirus there as Beijing pushes on with the theory that COVID-19 may have come from America.

The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs urged Washington to ‘act like China’ and ‘stay transparent’ about the source of the virus even though President Xi’s government was widely accused of covering up the truth of its outbreak in the early days.

The news comes as investigators from the World Health Organization (WHO) today praised the ‘excellent facilities’ at an animal disease centre in Wuhan as part of their probe into the origins of the coronavirus pandemic.

Wang Wenbin, a spokesperson from China’s foreign ministry, told a press briefing on Tuesday that the United State should adopt a ‘positive, scientific and cooperative attitude’ towards the probe of the virus’s source.

International Court of Justice claims jurisdiction to hear Iran's dispute against US sanctions

The highest UN court for international disputes between states has ruled that it does have jurisdiction to hear a case brought by Iran challenging US sanctions against Tehran.

On Wednesday, a panel of 16 judges ruled that the International Court of Justice (ICJ), also known as the World Court, has jurisdiction in the dispute. The case against the US was first brought to the ICJ in 2018 by Tehran, which accused Washington of breaching a 1955 friendship treaty between the two countries when the Trump administration imposed sanctions.

The sanctions were imposed after then-President Donald Trump unilaterally withdrew the US from the Iran nuclear deal, accusing Tehran of having breached its commitments to the international agreement despite UN watchdogs saying the country was compliant.

Washington has dismissed the lawsuit as “baseless” and vowed to fight against it.

Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif welcomed the World Court's update on Wednesday, hailing it as a "legal victory."

"Iran has always fully respected int'l law. High time for the US to live up to 𝙞𝙩𝙨 int'l obligations," he wrote in a tweet.

Canada Designates Proud Boys A Terrorist Group

The Canadian Government is designating the right-wing Proud Boys movement as a terrorist group, according to the Toronto Star, which reports that the "Western chauvinist" group is expected to be formally added to Canada's "terrorist entity" list later Wednesday - where they will join Al Qaida, Boko Haram, Hizballah, the Taliban and the Islamic State.

Of note, Antifa and BLM - whose members spent most of last Summer torching American cities, setting up "autonomous zones" with gun-dispensing warlords, and assaulting people for not raising their fists in solidarity -a re not on Canada's "terrorist entity" list.

Members of the Proud Boys were present during the January 6 Capitol riot, during which a group of agitators were allowed to walk into the Capitol building, wreak havoc, and then casually walk out - with several participants arrested days later.

Of note, Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio was outed last week as a "prolific" FBI snitch, who repeatedly worked undercover for investigators following a 2012 arrest.

Curiously, Tarrio was ordered to stay away from Washington D.C. one day before the January 6 Capitol riot after he was arrested on vandalism and weapons charges - upon a request by government prosecutors that he be prohibited from attending. At least five Proud Boys members were charged as part of the riot.

In the 2014 hearing, a federal prosecutor, an FBI agent and Tarrio's attorney describe his undercover work - noting that the Proud Boys leader helped authorities prosecute over a dozen people in various cases involving drugs, gambling and human smuggling, according to Reuters.

Denmark to pioneer digital vaccine passports to restart normal life

Denmark’s government has said digital vaccine passports will be used “in three, four months” to restart life in the country. And by the end of February, Danes can check their status online and print off their vaccination certs.

Speaking in Copenhagen on Wednesday, Finance Minister Morten Bodskov said Danish companies needed to get back on track to kickstart the nation’s economy – and a digital vaccine passport was a key part of that.

“It will be the extra passport that you will be able to have on your mobile phone that documents that you have been vaccinated,” Bodskov said. “We can be among the first in the world to have it and can show it to the rest of the world.”

The government plans to work with business bodies like the Confederation of Danish Industries, which represents Denmark’s major companies, and the Danish Chamber of Commerce to get the new system into place.

Bodskov said society needed to “move on” once people had been vaccinated.

“It’s about finding the right technological solution so that we can get opportunities in cultural life and Danish society, and so that those who have to travel, for example on business, will also have a chance to do so,” he said.

The finance minister stressed, however, that other requirements such as social distancing and mask wearing would not be replaced by the digital passports.

Similar digital passport schemes are being planned to help travelers avoid quarantine imposed to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. The European Commission is looking at issuing vaccination certificates while Belgium, Cyprus, Greece and Spain have expressed interest in similar passport plans. On Tuesday, Estonia said it would permit travelers arriving into the country who showed proof of vaccination to avoid its quarantine requirements.

The World Health Organization (WHO) said in January it was opposed “for the time being” to the introduction of certificates of vaccine passports as there were “too many fundamental unknowns” about the effectiveness of jabs.

Opponents say vaccine passports endanger the rights of Europeans by dividing people into categories based on health status, denying access to public services to the non-vaccinated and opening the door to health tracking that violates individuals’ privacy rights.

Biden signs orders ‘encouraging’ immigrants… and directing task force to pen initial report into ‘kids in cages’ within 120 days

US President Joe Biden has signed three executive orders that would help immigrants obtain citizenship, but a review on migrant children separated from their families could take months, despite vows to reunite them on “day one.”

“I’m not making new law. I’m eliminating bad policy,” Biden told reporters in the Oval Office on Tuesday. Without naming his predecessor Donald Trump, Biden said his orders “were counterproductive to our national security, counterproductive to who we are as a country,” he added. “Particularly in the area of immigration.”

In the order that aims to “restore faith” in the US immigration system and “strengthen integration and inclusion of new Americans,” Biden revoked the Trump administration’s rule that would make immigrants ineligible for public assistance. He also ordered the government to revise the rules for becoming a citizen, with an eye on the reported naturalization of millions of people living in the US illegally.

The government “should develop welcoming strategies that promote integration, inclusion, and citizenship, and it should embrace the full participation of the newest Americans in our democracy,” the order said.

Another executive action establishes an inter-agency task force for “reunification of families” along the border, with a 120-day deadline to submit the initial report. Biden said this would “undo the moral and national shame of the previous administration that literally, not figuratively, ripped children from the arms of their families, their mothers and fathers, at the border.”

Biden has repeatedly taken aim at Trump’s border policies, insisting that under his own former boss, ex-president Barack Obama, “we didn’t lock people in cages” – apparently overlooking well-circulated photos depicting just that, as well as Obama’s vast numbers of deportations, which in some years outstripped Trump’s.

Executive Who Made Decision To Shut Down Parler Will Replace Jeff Bezos As Amazon CEO

Amazon’s Jeff Bezos announced that he will be stepping down and Amazon Web Services (AWS) CEO Andy Jassy — who was ultimately responsible for banning Parler —will take over as CEO.

100 Percent Fed Up reports- Jassy will become the new CEO of Amazon later this year. The incoming CEO is currently the head of AWS, which banned Parler from the internet last month under the guise of having concern for the public’s safety.

AWS kicked Parler offline earlier this year, claiming that users on the social media platform might “incite violence,” a narrative being used by several far-left big tech companies to justify taking unprecedented action against President Trump and his supporters.

Parler reacted by filing an antitrust lawsuit against Amazon, alleging that the tech giant kicked the social media platform off its web hosting service, not out of concern for the public safety, but rather due to being “motivated by political animus.”

While big tech companies and liberal Democrat lawmakers focus on Parler as the sole platform on which pro-Trump protesters organize, FBI affidavits say otherwise…

Moreover, John Sullivan, the left-wing activist who was arrested and charged in connection to the Capitol Hill riot, had a Twitter account, and still has a YouTube account, which he used to post videos of the siege — videos in which he can be heard encouraging protesters on Capitol Hill.

New Mexico Democrat's bill could criminalize parents teaching kids how to shoot, according to gun group

A New Mexico Democratic state senator has introduced a bill that could criminalize parents who teach their children how to shoot firearms if the children is not considered an "authorized user," according to a state pro-gun group.

State Sen. Antoinette Sedillo Lopez (D) introduced State Bill 224, which says in part, "It is an offense for a firearm owner or authorized user to store or keep a firearm in any premises unless the firearm is secured in a locked container or secured by a gun lock or other means so as to render the firearm inaccessible or unusable to any person other than the owner or other authorized user."

The Daily Wire stated that a minor "may be an authorized user only if the minor is at least twelve years of age and has successfully completed a firearm safety training course."

SB 224 adds, "If a firearm owner or authorized user knows or reasonably should have known that a minor, an at-risk person or a prohibited person could gain access to a firearm belonging to or under the control of that owner or authorized person, and if a minor, an at-risk person or a prohibited person obtained access to that firearm, it is an offense if the firearm owner or authorized user failed to secure the firearm in a locked container or by a lock or other means so as to render such firearm inaccessible or unusable to any person other than the firearm owner or other authorized user."

'Uneducated attempt to demonize firearms'

In response to the bill, the New Mexico Shooting Sports Association said that the bill's "storage mandate" would "make it a crime for a child to handle your firearm unless the child was 12 or older and had previously completed a firearms safety class."

"You would become a criminal for taking your child to go shooting if they had not previously taken some kind of formal class," NMSSA said in a statement on the proposed legislation. “The bill is an uneducated attempt to demonize firearms. … It is already a crime to place a child in a situation that endangers their life, this law does nothing to add to a child's safety."

The association added that the bill as-is is "completely unenforceable" unless the government intends on conducting door-to-door inspections.

"If a prohibited possessor gains access to your firearm you are liable as well," NMSSA added. "Albuquerque is the property crime capital of America; if your home or vehicle was broken into and a convicted felon stole your firearm, you could be charged with a crime under the bill. Instead of taking on the issue of the crime wave that has engulfed Albuquerque and other parts of the state, Sedillo Lopez wants to blame you, someone just seeking to defend yourself, if your firearm is stolen."

Remember, Biden was vice president during the Obama administration which aggressively deported more immigrants than Trump and who also put “kids in cages.” In fact, the photos used to first bring attention to kids in cages under Trump, were actually taken during Biden’s tenure as VP and the detention facilities were an Obama era creation.

Sure, Biden used executive action to stop the construction of Trump’s silly wall that was easily scalable and could easily be circumvented. He also stopped new enrollments in the Migrant Protection Protocols program, which forced asylum seekers to wait in often-dangerous circumstances in Mexico for their US immigration hearings. However, this is little more than virtue signaling for which the media can have something to praise him. Behind the scenes, Biden and his advisers have something in the works that dwarfs Trump’s wall — a “virtual” or “smart” wall.

Biden’s new “Smart” wall will use advanced surveillance technology to patrol the border presenting a danger to immigrants and citizens alike. According to a report in the Nation, while the full text of the immigration legislative proposal Biden sent to Congress has not been made public, a fact sheet distributed to reporters contains a section titled “Supplement existing border resources with technology and Infrastructure,” which calls for additional funding to, among other things, “enhance the ability to process asylum seekers” and “manage and secure the southern border between ports of entry that focuses on flexible solutions and technologies that expand the ability to detect illicit activity.”

Twitter Bans Small Business Advocacy Group After They Call for Big Tech Regulation

The social media giant appears to be manipulating their own policies to silence those who threaten its dominance on the internet

Twitter has suspended the account of a small business advocacy group whose president and CEO has made no qualms about trumpeting the idea that Big Tech companies – like Twitter, Facebook, Amazon, and Google – should be treated like utility companies under the law.

Twitter suspended the account of the Job Creators Network (JCN). This organization is a nonpartisan advocacy group that champions small businesses and promotes policies that protect American jobs.

According to the group’s president and CEO, Alfredo Ortiz, Twitter sent them a message last week claiming JCN had violated their “rules against platform manipulation and spam.”

Ortiz vehemently rejected the claim, instead insisting the de-platforming action was in retaliation against JCN’s position that Twitter and the other internet behemoths should be regulated as a utility.

“Twitter has silenced JCN and the 30 million small business owners it represents after JCN implied that the tech giant should be regulated as a utility,” Ortiz said in a statement. “Given that JCN’s internal review demonstrates we did not violate Twitter’s terms and conditions, the tech giant’s bold move is likely pure retaliation against us for our position on tech regulations.”

JCN, in addition to advocating for small business and the preservation of American jobs, promotes progressive policies and legislation that facilitates lower taxes. JCN has been removed in total from the Twitter platform.

Last month, Ortiz wrote an op-ed published by a well-known conservative online publication titled, “Big Tech’s Conservative Purge Changes the Free Speech Debate.”

Elaine Parker, JCN’s Chief Communications Officer, said in a podcast interview that the onus of the article argued for Washington to regulate social media platforms and other tech giants as utilities.

“The reason behind that is because it would preclude them from excluding services based on political beliefs and ideology,” Parker said. “I mean, when you’re getting your phone service through AT&T, they don’t care who you vote for, or who you support or what your political background is. They just want to sell you a service, right?”

Many familiar with the issue support the idea that the de-platforming of JCN only serves to validate Ortiz’s point, and that his position becomes more tenable by the day.

BIDEN: It Was ‘Bad Policy’ For Pipeline Workers To Be Employed, Jobs Needed ‘Eliminating’ Through Executive Orders

It's bad policy for Americans to be employed, says the alleged most popular president in modern history.

Yesterday, speaking from the Oval Office through two masks, Joe Biden declared that his ruling exclusively through executive orders – which he previously claimed would be a comparable to ruling as a dictator – is only to fix “bad policy” leftover from the Trump administration. According to Biden, this means it was “bad policy” for thousands of Keystone Pipeline workers to have jobs.

“There’s a lot of talk, with good reason, about the number of executive orders that I have signed,” said Biden. “I’m not making new law, I’m eliminating bad policy.”

It is unclear why Biden believes pipeline workers being employed was bad policy, but one of Biden’s first executive orders was to eliminate the pipeline’s construction, immediately terminating an estimated 50,000 American jobs both directly and indirectly related to the construction.

The job-killing executive order also caused an international incident, as it destroyed thousands of jobs in Canada as well, and led the Permier of Alberta to threaten sanctions against the United States.

A brief review of the seemingly never ending list of executive orders signed by Biden also indicates he was blatantly lying.

To date, Biden has signed a whopping 45 executive orders.

Of these 45, per CNN, only 16 were reversing previous executive orders from President Donald Trump or other presidents.

In other words, while Biden claimed he was only ending bad policy and not writing new laws with his maddening number of executive orders, in reality only 35% of his executive orders had anything to do with existing policy.

Among his executive orders that essentially represent the President writing office with a phone and a pen, one executive order “Elevates climate change as an essential element of US foreign policy and national security and kicks off development of a new emissions reduction target.”

Another allows biological men to play women’s sports.

A third “Directs FEMA to create federally-supported community vaccination centers.”

A fourth represents a national mask mandate, requiring “mask wearing in airports and on certain modes of transportation, including many trains, airplanes, maritime vessels and intercity buses. International travelers must provide proof of a negative Covid-19 test prior to coming to the US.”

Biden may not realize he lied to the American people, however, as he famously was heard on video saying “I don’t know what I’m signing” when an executive order was placed in front of him. Biden signed it anyway.

After Making Claims of Widespread Voter Fraud, Lin Wood Comes Under Investigation for… Voter Fraud

The Georgia secretary of state’s office is investigating if attorney Lin Wood violated the state’s residency requirements for voting in the 2020 general election, a source from the office confirmed to Breitbart News.

Wood claimed widespread voter fraud occurred in the November 3 general election and encouraged Georgians to boycott the state’s subsequent runoff election because of the alleged fraud. Now, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is probing whether Wood, who voted early in Georgia in the general election according to state records, was a legal resident of the state when he cast his vote.

Raffensperger’s office launched the investigation after noticing an email Wood sent to WSB-TV reporter Justin Gray in which Wood said he has “been domiciled in South Carolina” for months. Wood had been responding to an inquiry from the outlet about his law license when he made the comment.

“I have been domiciled in South Carolina for several months after purchasing property in the state in April,” Wood wrote. “My decision to change my residency to South Carolina has nothing to do with the frivolous and politically-motivated actions of the State Bar of Georgia.” WSB-TV broke the news of the investigation Tuesday evening after making Wood’s email public earlier in the day:

Raffensperger’s office provided further detail about the investigation to NBC:

“The question is whether he was a legal resident when he voted in November in light of an email he sent to [WSB-TV reporter] Justin Gray saying he has been domiciled in South Carolina for several months,” the secretary of state’s office said in an emailed statement. “The investigation is ongoing.”

The residency rule in question, per Georgia election law, states that “if a person removes to another state with the intention of making it such person’s residence, such person shall be considered to have lost such person’s residence in the state.”

Wood himself has ironically charged that rampant voter fraud occurred in the general election and filed a lawsuit in Georgia seeking to overturn the results based on alleged issues with the absentee voting process, voter dropboxes, and Dominion voting machines.

Wood, who claims he is a Trump supporter but has a long history of supporting Democrats as Breitbart News has detailed, held a press conference in December that attracted significant attention after he deemed the election “rigged” and told Republicans they ought not to vote in the January runoff election because of it. “Why would you go back and vote in another rigged election for God’s sake? Fix it. You gotta fix it before we’ll do it again,” Lin declared at the time.

Wood responded to the new investigation against him in a statement to WSB-TV on Tuesday evening, saying, “I have been a resident of the State of Georgia since 1955. I changed my residency to South Carolina yesterday.”

While Wood voted in the 2020 general election, he told the outlet he did not vote in January because the election was not “legitimate.”

He called the investigation “pure harassment” by Raffensperger, alleging Raffensperger had a vendetta against Wood because the attorney “revealed credible evidence of election fraud” on Raffensberger’s part.

Wood’s lawsuit against the secretary of state was tossed out in December in a U.S. district court after the judge determined it lacked evidence, saying Wood’s claims should have been “‘based on well-pleaded facts’ because courts ‘do not credit bald assertions that rest on mere supposition.’”
