Problem is that the movie is playing in real-time, and not all the actors are following the script.

All the mentioned sub-plots involve the black hats having leverage over the puppets through blackmail, and although it may seem that some (if not most) have in some shape or form flipped and are now playing their role, if everything was so honkeydorey in control, the movie would have ended by now. And besides, the top-tier, and i'm quite sure a good many lower ranks are in it for 'all or nothing', untill the bitter end.

Covid 19 served a specific goal, and its intent has obviously worked. The problem that humanity now faces, is that the same thing can happen (which is kind of threatened by de Faucis and Gates' of this world) with a much more deadly virus.

Why in heavens name would the good guys call off the rounding up of all the bad players once they were congregated behind the fence in DC on inaururation day? The answer seems pretty obvious. Blackmail or a threat.

I've heard talk about a 'dirty bomb' out of a missing batch that was still out there to be the threat why the mission was aborted, but i fear the threat is much more severe than that.

I think the whole of the human race is in effect being held hostage with a thread to unleash a much more deadly variety of the China Virus. I mean, even the bad guys have made it plain and simple in event201 that covid 19 is a only test run.
