Psychopaths have over a 125 IQ, and spend much of their time scheming in their heads. Their crimes therefore usually succeed. Their problem is their propensity to keep doing similar crimes, and refining their methods. As the crimes pile up, eventually a mistake, an unforseen witness, a car breakdown gets them.

Sociopaths, tend to commit crimes do to short term wants or emotions, get busted and do the same thing again.

Just fyi

I don't know what your statutory vs. common law means.

Mask mandates are health and safety regulations, like "No shirt no shoes no service" "No pets" etc. The penalties for a violation are paid by the business, if the business is caught serving shirtless, shoeless customers. This is why businesses get pissy about it. The mask fines are excessive and the review process and review hearing "judge" is often a former civil employee from the Health dept. They assume violators are guilty, because it takes multiple complaints to begin investigations, and the Dept has good people. Means violation review is useless.

As I don't want others being hurt because of my obstinance and disdain for the rule and bureaucrats who imposed it, I grudgingly wear one.

I do send the departments snail mail letters with letters showing the injustices happening for a policy that does nothing.

Not saying what others should do. I certainly agree with the notion that it wakes up some people up. Just wanted to point out an potentially unknown penalty such actions cause.

And while Fuck Walmart they can afford it seems solid it's not. Store management has to answer for such violations. So middle class people get black marks in their personell files, hurting raises and promotions.
