A guy I knew in the Army who worked in IT said that lots of officers were angry that their Blackberry devices were being replaced by iPhones. Q once asked 'Why was Blackberry destroyed?' and the only answer I could think of was their encryption was too good. The military was ordered to remove them so Apple could spy on them? On behalf of whom? Not sure if this is related. But very curious.
