Most connexs (shipping containers) storage units I deal with have installed wood floors. Judging by the floor pattern these pics have metal floors.

Based on the walls it isn't a metal connex.

Why would you refrigerate electronics?

Condensation to the hardware could be harmful.

When I dealt with Nintendo's in the past nothing was refrigerated
