Apple had a few 100B in China a few years back….with Warren Buffet, who would never invest in a tech company, become a major shareholder and petitioning for repatriation. Either, as another anon mentioned, it could be fake revenue/cabal money OR I think it might be money that's already abroad that could be used to get money to Iran, DPRK, etc. more easily. That revenue could be supplemented with some fake contracts for something or another…"infrastructure".
