2. Relations with Russia. On one hand the admin extended the Start Treaty by 5 years w/o involving Congress. On the other they unleashed their Anti-Russian NGO's, had puppet Navalny go back to Russia to lead a coup attempt on the streets of cities all across Russia. Result? Fail. Navalny in prison for 2 1/2 years, 6500 protesters in jail and Putin laughed at a CNN reporter
