So far the total extent of "proof" of this claim that Juan O. Savin is Wayne Willot, is the following statement from that picture you posted:
"And now we hear that Wayne Willot has been posing as Juan O. Savin on Field McConnell’s Abel Danger channel."
A quick search of Abel Danger shows that all his vids are gone. We would have to back track the person making this claim and try to find other links to prove this out. In other words, it would be Dig.
It is not, however, proof of jack shit.
