Our fucking mayor, a died in the wool commie piece of shit who supports a lesbian Latina as his beard, has already said he is leaving office after this term. After his support of BLM in taking down our ONLY statue, I'm pretty sure that was going to happen anyway.
I doubt if anything ever gets past some intern with a truly shitty job and a truly crappy paycheck to prove it ... but, if nothing else, it will let me sleep better for having "done my part".

It's called "garden" as in, your backyard needs one. Build deep dug raised beds heavily fortified with organic "stuff" and you can feed a small family on 400 sq ft. Work a little harder at the beginning by building raised boxes with 10' trellises and you can shrink that to less than 300'. In Detroit. With 11 months of harvest. Add a poultry coop and/or rabbit pens with access through the sidewall of your garage or large shed. Then, get over your squeamishness and you can have year 'round meat to go with all those veggies. Get a copy of the book "Humanure" by Joe Jenkins and do what he says to do and watch your soil get continuously richer, not depleted.
