Here is how I read this:
No matter what the reason given, the idea of standing down the military to do whatever is a [DS] move. While being stood down, we can expect them to be somehow vetted, retrained, reassigned, or threatened in a way not beneficial to Patriots.
I read this as a Red Alert, however it does give us a workable time frame that seems to mesh with other things we have been hearing. If March / April is the military window for taking back the Republic, the [DS] seems to be confirming it.
