Its surreal to see so many comfortable w being controlled. Its like they don't trust themselves w freedom & making their own choices….owning their lives is too difficult.

Also, GenX saw both worlds. They saw a life of playing outside all fuckin day ……"Time to come in when it gets dark" (way before cable TV & video games) & then, in their 30s, big tech.
GenX lived a full 20+ yrs of freedom BEFORE the full takeover began.
I remember & I reflect on my FREEDOM from those days to keep me grounded in reality. It doesn't take much reflection because GenX was wired to be Free…..for over 20 yrs. They can't take that away.
I got a wild hair back in the late 80's, Late one night I decided to move across country. I threw some cloths in a bag, jumped in my POS car & started driving. I had no idea where I was moving, just someplace warm. 1500 miles , & 2 wks later, I ended THAT trip. 6 mon later, I did the same thing. 4 yrs later, I did it again. TEXAS!!!!!!!!!
