Short loads are common. Less than Load (LTL). If it's expensive product, you might also ship the the short load on a dedicated truck so the trucking company doesnt sell the rest of the space to someone else and share the load.

Ive pointed out over 2 breads now… reefers can haul cold or ambient. You turn off the refrigerator if you dont need it. This gives the hauler maximum flexibility on loads they can haul.

Now if you want to know how tall the pallet is, take the width of the pallet (40") in the photo and stack it up along side the stacked pallet. You have segments of 40" you can use to estimate pallet height if you want. Too much room on sides of pallet on the truck to be the 48" width.

We have product routinely stacked to 2805 lbs on wood pallets. The load limit is based on pallet design and materials.
