Basically they military has has 60 days to complete what ever shit they cooked up. Usually stand downs are for safety related shit, it means all training and other events are canceled. My guess is they are doing it a portion at a time over the next 2 months.
Stand down days happen in the military all the time it varies from unit level, base, force.

I get that most people would not know what it is unless they were in the military, that is why I have not been an ass about it. Eventually I will when people turn this into a slide.
There should be concern for what ever they have cooked up but it is not like the whole military will quit going to work.
That will not happen, you can not just stand down the whole military at once lol.

he provided them a windows of time 60 days, not everyone stand down for 60 days. Guards still guard, deployed troops still do the shit they are doing deployed, seamen still drive around their boats and butt fuck each other. Common sense is lacking.
